Getting older doesn't mean slowing down. Our Active and Able Balance Program is designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, independent, and sure-footed in the moments that matter most.

Led by our licensed physical therapists, this program takes a whole-body approach to stability. You'll build strength in the postural muscles that keep you upright, sharpen your body's ability to react and recover in real-life situations, and gain the tools to move safely and confidently every day.

Program Includes:

- 1 session/week for 6 weeks (Fridays at 1Pm)

- Licensed physical therapists instructing and monitoring participants

-Assessments and exercises to improve all aspects of balance
