Return to sport rehabilitation involves much more than returning you to your prior level of function. Our aim is to improve your muscle strength, power, endurance, and control so that it is even better than when you were first injured. This purpose will help to decrease risk of re-injury in the future, and our individualized return to sport program will be catered to your sport and will focus on getting you back to doing what you love. 

Your return to sport programming will include:

  • Evidence-based protocols that will be tailored to your injury and goals
  • Communicating with your doctor or connecting you with a trusted physician to incorporate a multi-disciplinary approach to your rehab success
  • Exercises that help to improve muscle imbalances while also incorporating key movements and physical requirements of your sport
  • Frequent testing to ensure that you're reaching your functional goals without missing key components that influence your physical health
